SpringHill Suites NYC Times Square

This hotel is in a fantastic spot—just a short walk from the subway and many of New York City’s top attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and super cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and secure during our entire visit. A huge plus was being able to store our bags before check-in and after checkout—super convenient! And the breakfast... was delicious and a perfect way to start our mornings. Highly recommend!

This hotel was spotless! The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they're cleverly designed with everything you could possibly need. The staff went above and beyond—always welcoming and ready to help. A fantastic stay overall!

The room was a bit cozy and didn’t have a city view, but it was comfortable overall. The AC could have been cooler, though—maybe I’m just too used to Minnesota winters! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety—just wish they had some oats. All in all, it’s a wonderful hotel with a lot to offer!

I stayed in a room right across from the main elevator, which meant there was quite a bit of noise and foot traffic throughout the day. It made it a little harder to relax, especially in the evenings.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful—so friendly and attentive! Jessica was especially sweet, but honestly, the entire front desk team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This hotel has an amazing team and a fantastic location! The services are always prompt, and they offer a wide variety of shuttle options to the airport and other helpful amenities. The biggest plus? The prime location makes it super easy to get around quickly, whether you're heading to the city center or catching a flight. Highly recommend!
